After the sudden death of Michael Jackson Evan Chandler finally tells the truth.

In 1993, Chandler told a psychiatrist and police that he and Jackson had engaged in sexual acts that included oral sex, the boy gave detailed description of Jackson’s genitals. The case was settled out of court for a reported $22 million, but the strain led Jackson to begin taking painkillers. Eventually he became addicted.

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

As many of you know, James Franco is no longer the commencement speaker for UCLA Bruins 2009. The controversy started with one graduating student Erin Moore who started the facebook group "UCLA Students Against James Franco as Commencement Speaker" (link above). So, apparently, James Franco has not "accomplished enough" in his life, and "does not have enough life experience, which comes with age" to be the commencement speaker for UCLA's 2009 graduating class... according to a group started by one UCLA student.
