In this social experiment, XiXi created 4 case studies and asked random strangers to make their first impressions of these 4 Facebook users based on their profile photos and status updates. 04.10.2010 - Amazing news! The National Council of Chinese Americans have honored XiXi as one of their most "Notable Chinese Americans"! NCCA is a non-profilt, non-political, public-service organization made up primarily of Chinese Americans of diverse backgrounds. NCCA's mission is to serve all Chinese American people; to preserve, promote, and enhance Chinese American's cultural and spiritual heritage and humanistic values. Amongst others nominated are Lisa Ling and Kelly Hu.

01.28.2010 - XiXi Yang participated in Project We.The.Children at the House of Blues to raise money for the earthquake victims in Haiti. She was on the red carpet, interviewing celebrities like Tara Reid, Rick Yune, James Kyson-Lee, Kaya Jones, David Henrie, Marla Maples, Andy, and Shani to see how they are individually helping out the tragedy.

01.14.2010 - XiXi has just finished filming a role in her manager Kimberly Caldwell's new "Mess of You" music video, released on Vanguard/Capitol Records. The video will be out in early February. She has just finished co-hosting the Tournament of the Roses festival with Zach McCall for Global Volunteer Crusaders, a network dedicated to inspiring young kids to get active in their communities. They had a great time doing behind-the-scenes coverages, covering the entire parade, and doing tons of street interviews on the day of the Parade. Here's a few photos and behind-the-scenes clips.
