PopStop TV Launching “Tweet Talk”: First Celebrity-Driven Show All About Twitter!

It has always been our mission here at PopStop TV Network to bring you cutting-edge entertainment content mixed with pop culture flare. In 2009, before Twitter grew to be one of the biggest social networking platform in the world, I’ve been toying around with the idea of creating a show that combines social media and everything happening in young Hollywood. I envisioned a light-hearted entertainment show that not only captures the playful, quirky nature of Twitter but also brings our viewers even closer to their favorite celebrities online.

The internet has changed all aspects of journalism, entertainment, and the way we communicate with each other. For the first time in history, celebrities are telling their own stories! Forget about reading up on Tom Cruise in the press or calling Jennifer Aniston’s PR camp to confirm if she’s really pregnant. Thanks to Twitter, stars are speaking up, clearing a few rumors, and (in some cases) starting a few feuds!

Without further ado, I introduce to you my new brainchild “Tweet Talk”! If you’re a young, aspiring Twitterholic like me who tweets before brushing your teeth in the morning, this show is for you.

Starting January 20, 2012, “Tweet Talk” will air every Friday at 9 am PST on PopStopTV.com. Join in on the conversation each week and sound off in the comments section below!
